Somewhere beyond the Milky Way…
...just past the last dusty trail… there’s a little watering hole where cowboys, cowgirls, aliens, outlaws and creatures from parts unknown gather for one helluva party.
And on Saturday, September 26, the portal opens in Edgewater.
aybe you relate to the stars... maybe spurs is more your thing... 🎈
So reflect back to your favorite Jim Henson creation or character... whether it be from Sesame Street, his other muppets or from one of his movies. 📺
Now take that idea and add, adapt or twist it if you like into something even more silly, slutty, funky, groovy or wacky! 🌟

And... It’s 3 parties in 1, flowing right into each other...
🎭 Themed costume attire not required but HIGHLY ENCOURAGED!

🐥 EARLY (BIG) BIRD HAPPY HOUR
5:30-7:30pm
For those who want a little daylight or want to turn-in early. Sometimes there are a few kids at our parties, so this is an ideal time for them also.
Only adults after 7:30pm please, and some fashions from our attendees may not be suitable for young’ns at any time during the whole event. Just FYI! 😳🙈
Festive munchies and Cookie Monster has promised to donate some half-eaten cookies.
Classic Rock old school vibes tunes will be in the air. 🔊 🎸 👴

🎈 GET YOUR SILLY SESAME ON!
7:30-10pm
The MAIN EVENT if you desire to wait and come after happy hour. Hang with friends old and new and show everyone your sesame flair! The playlist will switch to more of pop and rock sing-along tunes spanning multiple decades.
Pizza will arrive about 7-7:30 🍕

Expect bouncy, edgier music, eye-popping threads, and plenty of adult-level fun. Time to be silly, social, and maybe a little outrageous. 🎵

The DANCE/AFTER HOURS Sesame Party followed by a Chill mix - 10pm till the last Elmo drops
Slip on your dancing shoes for some HANDS IN THE AIR! tracks you can groove and shake your sesame to!
It’s Sesame Street… gone (semi) WILD! 😳🤭🙈🤪
Then as the night winds down, the vibe may mellow into more of a chill moonlit firepit / hotub mix. 🧊 🌲 🔥

Q & A
Should I bring a present?
Not expected... however I will not turn away White Wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauv Blanc preferred) or Bath Soaking Salts (Such as Dr. Teals or ball bombs)!
Can I bring my dog/cat/goldfish?
Unfortunately no, our dog pumpkin doesn't get along with most other pets except for dinosaurs. :(
Where do I park?
We're on a one way street near 24th and Sheridan, 4 blocks west of Sloan's Lake. You can park on either side of the street. On the 27th, Edgewater is also hosting a park event that overlaps slightly and so parking may be busier than normal before 8pm.
You can also park at Edgewater Public Market one block south.
You have a hot tub?!
YES! so bring a fun swimsuit! Heads up however - past parties have proven that sometimes soakers have had attire fall off without notice as the night progresses... (oopsy!)
Can I bring guests?
Guests of those invited are welcome too, just make sure you forward them the FULL details prior and include them in your RSVP if possible.
Where is the VIP entrance?
All Very Important Puppets please enter the extravaganza via the driveway gate on the left side of the house.
Everyone else can use the same gate too, they just need to pretend like their VIP.
